By using Big Al's Win-O-Matic (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Use of the App
The app lets you enter a list of names and randomly select a winner via a spinning wheel. You are responsible for the names and content you enter and for how you use the results. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the service.
Randomness & Results
Winners are chosen using a pseudo-random selection process. While we aim for fair and unbiased results, the app is provided for entertainment and convenience. We make no guarantee that the selection is suitable for any legally binding or high-stakes drawing.
No Warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of this app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
